Healthy Good Diet – Tips For A Healthier Life

In today's day we all own a microwave. We all love to make quick dinner's/ lunches/ breakfasts. We all love eating at fast food joints. But truth be told this is why we are all so unhealthy. We eat too much bad stuff.

Having a healthy good diet is a key part of having and living a healthy life. Even though feeling great is just amazing, it isn't the easiest thing to accomplish, but if you want to do it is easily possible as long as you try :).

A few things that you would have to change immediately to start becoming healthier are:

• Stop drinking coke and/or other pops and start drinking water and juices
• Stop eating junk food like chips
• Eat more vegetables and fruits
• Stop microwaving all your food

In all seriousness coke and pops are loaded with sugars and caffeine (most of them), I'm pretty sure you knew this but I am just recapping it so that you know for sure :p. The chemicals and the crap that's in pop and cokes will erode your stomach. This is very bad for your health. You want a healthy good diet, not a bad one :P

Water supplies energy due to it's amazing scientific properties. Your body requires water to function properly, the sugar and other chemicals in other drinks take more water away instead of giving you some. Therefore be good to yourself  and start drinking water :).

Junk food is not part of a healthy good diet. Eating junk food is bad for a few reasons.

1. It contains lots of fat/ chemical stuff that is bad for you
2. It provides no proteins or vitamins that your body needs
3. Provides 0 nutrients that your body needs

Instead of eating a bag of chips or a donut, simply eat an apple or a banana. Eat any fruit that you want, or any vegetable that tastes good. Fruits and vegetables do taste good if you like them :).

Eating fruits and vegetables fills you with the vitamins and nutrients your body needs. They contain natural sugar that helps your body (sugar is needed just not too much), Fruits contain enzymes that help to process food and get your body moving. That's why fruits are part of a healthy good diet.

Eating organic fruits and vegetables is also much better because they aren't grown with chemicals and other things that are not supposed to be in foods. To have a healthy good diet you have to go all out and try to get as much health benefits as you can.

Microwaving your food is not good at all. The reason it isn't good is because when you microwave your food you are "killing" off any nutrients or benefits it may have. A microwave uses radiation to cook or heat up your food. In the process it "kills" anything that might be helpful in the food.

Instead of microwaving your food and "killing it" simply cook it home style so that it not only tastes better but is also much healthier for you.

These are just a few simple steps that can help you become healthier and have a good healthy diet.

Alongside these few things you can also use a few supplements and or special juices that can help vitalize your body seeing as we cannot get all of the nutrients we need from foods themselves in certain areas around the world. These can also make your life easier :)
