San Diego Weight Loss Program Crushes Fat Loss Myths And Reveal The Truth

 

Since starting my San Diego Weight Loss Program, I have pushed countless San Diego Personal Training clients shed fat, harden up and get into incredible shape. And I have been doing this flourishingly for the past 17 years.  And still to this day, I experience people making the duplicate blunders over and over out there.

 

There are many misconceptions as to what is necessary to get into killer shape.  And dismally, many people fall to these false truths and never melt the weight they want to or get into awesome shape.  I am here to adjust that for you.  As a San Diego  Weight Loss, I am going to spray some light as to what it truly takes to smash fat and tighten up your entire body.  And I am also going to annihilate some of the fitness myths out there for you.

Mistake #1 – Continuous Cardio:  I have seen many of my San Diego  Weight Loss customers make this mistake.  People think that conventional, slow-paced cardio is the greatest approach to drop weight.  WRONG!  Slow paced cardio only boosts your metabolic rate for up to a few hours afterwards, as opposed to up to 48 hours afterwards with another system that I will discuss later.  Also, doing unlimited cardio can actually damage you, by melting valuable calorie burning muscle tissue.  And if you don’t believe me, next time you go into the fitness center, take a look at all the same big people who have been doing cardio for years.  What do you see?  The majority of them look the same as they did a year ago.

 

Mistake #2 – Low Carbohydrate Diets:  All these low carb meal plans do not work as you think they do.  Sure, if you take all your carbs out, you will burn some weight.  But, here is the problem, the weight you lose is half lean tissue and half fat.  So, you become a smaller, fat person.   And it gets worse.  Low carbohydrate diets are undeniably unhealthy and near impossible to stick to.  So, as soon as you get off, you end up gaining all your weight back and then some.  I had a San Diego  Weight Loss client who experimented  with a low carbohydrate diet.  He burned 23 lbs., but was not tone.  When he got his body fat checked, his body fat only declined .73%.  He melted a lot of calorie-burning muscle.  The worst part came when he went off the low carbohydrate diet.  He gained all his original weight back and then some, due to having less muscle.  Stay away from low carbohydrates diets.

 

Mistake #3 – Diet Pills:  Diet pills don’t work.  Not only are they wasteful, they make you anxious and bad-tempered.  Did you know that there is no government team that checks as to what goes into these wasteful fat loss pills?  It’s true.  Research has demonstrated that the ingredients that are suppose to be in these diet pills are not contained in them.

 

Don’t feel awful if you have accomplished some of these similar mistakes.  I must admit, most of my San  Diego  Weight Loss clients have made these very similar goofy mistakes before joining my San Diego Weight Loss project.
