Lean your upper body back for around 45 degrees while contracting your abdominal muscles. While holding the contraction of your abdominal muscles, rotate the torse to the side up to as far as you can. This can be challenging at first but just think about losing your belly fat. Let your abdominal muscles control your movement so that your whole upper body move as a whole at once without letting your arms lead the movement. Do not let your fingers separate, just keep them locked and your arms straight. When you have rotated your torso, do it on the other side and repeat the procedure. See to it that you control your movement and you keep it slow. Do not let your weight momentum move your body.

The next tummy exercise you can try for yourself is that hip lift. You would have to lie on your back on the floor or any flat surface in order to do this exercise.
