Siebold is a motivational speaker or a self proclaimed mental toughness coach. With overweight and obese people becoming a major problem in the US something needs to be done about it. We all know most diets fail. Look at all the fad diets that have came and gone over the years.
Being overweight myself I have tried almost every diet out there with little to no success. A lot of diets start out working great, you lose weight in the beginning but as soon as you stop the diet and go back to your normal eating you are almost guaranteed to gain your weight back plus some.
